Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is verified. During this time, your order is checked, approved, packed, and handed off for transport.

 

 

Delivery Time

Once your package is picked up by our shipping partners, estimated delivery times are:

  • Canada: 3 – 5 business days*

  • United States: 3 – 5 business days*

  • International: 7 – 12 business days*

Packages may be shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or local postal services depending on your region.

*Delivery times exclude customs delays. Additional delays may occur during high-volume periods such as holidays, Christmas, or Black Friday.
