Refund policy
For purchases made on RootsOfConfidence.com, you may return new, unused, and unopened products for a full refund of the purchase price within 45 days of delivery. Roots of Confidence does not offer exchanges.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with all seals and packaging intact. Opened or used items cannot be refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-returnable items include any opened product (oils or supplements), HydraPen devices or needle cartridges once unsealed, Red Light helmets that show signs of use, gift cards, promotional items, and any product not purchased directly from RootsOfConfidence.com. Bundles must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
For return items purchased on RootsOfConfidence.com, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These fees will not be reimbursed unless there was a shipping error or the product arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Once Roots of Confidence receives the returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
We only accept returns for items purchased directly on RootsOfConfidence.com. Products bought from third-party retailers must be returned according to their respective return policies.
